ah, the camera cuts to a view ABOVE the car, directly overhead. i think the cinematography is... car pointed diagonally up towards frame upper left corner ... moving towards that corner... the car swerves, loses the lane left (lower left corner of frame) and right (upper right corner of frame), regains the lane (center frame), slows down, i THINK Sato-chan screams, 'pull over!' and the car starts to move towards upper right corner of frame then towards top center of frame. there's a solid white line on the pavement top center of frame and the right tires cross said lane and parallels the line and comes to a halt. then the camera cuts back into the cab 'invisibly' sitting on the dashboard 'center' of the cab.

i THINK that was how it happened. because those two are facing eachother talking for several lines after he pulls the car over. so that whole conversation wouldn't have worked if he was still driving. they woulda wrecked.
